Come to Belize for two weeks of hands-on development work, full cultural immersion and a life-changing experience. This program focuses on group-oriented projects, adventure and immersion in this beautiful and friendly setting. Belize is home to lush tropical jungles, Mayan ruins and diverse cultures. Belize is just a short plane ride from the US, making this an excellent location for those looking for a short term program.
Recently completed projects include building a children's park and community center, small business management classes, health outreach, and environmental education and rail maintenance. The shared project is just one of many ways that volunteers interact with our host communities. Weekend trips to world famous archaeological sites and adventure locations complement each volunteer's discovery. The bonds created with fellow volunteers and community members often prove to be one of the most memorable aspects of the experience.
